Fence Installation Near Me

Announcing Our New Fence Installation Services

In our quest to provide our clients with everything they need for the best outdoor experience possible, Lazo announces our new fence installation services. This is an add-on service for clients who have us do their landscaping and/or hardscaping projects.

So, if you have us install a new inground pool, we can install your pool fencing to comply with local codes. Or if you want a privacy fence for your entire backyard after getting your new patio installed, we can handle that for you as well. Maybe you just want a partial fence to separate your side yard from the neighbor’s. We can do that too.

Bottom line: There is no need for you to hire a separate contractor. And no need to worry about a fence contractor ruining your landscaping with heavy equipment and piles of supplies. We take care to protect your landscaping and will repair any issues to leave your property looking as beautiful as possible.

Types of Fences

There are several fence materials and fence heights to choose from. When you decide to have us complete your fence installation as part of upgrading your outdoor living spaces, we will work with you to choose materials that accent your landscaping and hardscape elements. Your options include:

Ornamental Fencing

Ornamental fencing can be steel or aluminum and is usually black. It allows you to see out and others to see in. There are a number of heights and styles available. It is maintenance-free.

Vinyl Fence

Vinyl fence is relatively maintenance-free and is most likely the white fence that you see around your neighborhood. It comes in a variety of heights and styles.

Trex Fencing

Trex® makes fencing to coordinate with your Trex® deck if you have one. Again, it is maintenance-free and features board-on-board construction for privacy. It complies with most HOA guidelines.

Wood Fence

A wood fence can be constructed with pressurized lumber or more high-end cedar. In both situations, you will have more maintenance than with any other type of fence, as you will need to stain or paint the fence periodically. You may also need to replace warped pickets or panels.

Like the icing on a cake, a fence can put the finishing touch on your outdoor living project.

Check with Your HOA and Check Local Codes

And of course, before making any changes to your property, it’s important that you check with your Homeowner’s Association (HOA) to see what restrictions they have on the type and height of the fence that you can install. In this way, you avoid having to tear down a fence you just put up!

Local codes will generally require you to make sure your fence doesn’t block the view at a corner and is set back an appropriate distance from both your neighbors and any right of way or easement on your property. We can help you navigate the system, as we are familiar with the local codes.
